• Natural obstruction of the airway allows students to learn the important technique of opening the airway as in a real life situation. It effectively teaches how to administer air to the patient. Abdominal thrusts may also be practiced.

• The main elevation of the tilt / chin and jaw thrust allows students to practice all necessary maneuvers correctly when resuscitating a real patient.
